The docs explain what each part of blitz.cloud does. These guides go the other way round: they start from something you want to get online and walk through it with files and commands that have been run, not just written.

Need a bot or an app to stay online around the clock? [Keep an app from GitHub online](https://blitz.cloud/guides/always-on-app-from-github/) shows how, and [deploy a Docker container](https://blitz.cloud/guides/deploy-docker-container-free/) covers public images. Wondering what an app actually costs? [n8n pricing in 2026](https://blitz.cloud/guides/n8n-pricing/) compares n8n Cloud, self-hosting and blitz.cloud with our own numbers. Moving off something else? [Move a Heroku app to the EU](https://blitz.cloud/guides/migrate-from-heroku-to-eu/) and [put a Lovable or Bolt app online on your own EU host](https://blitz.cloud/guides/host-a-lovable-or-bolt-app-in-the-eu/) walk through it with real commands.

The example code lives in a public repository, [blitzworks-io/blitz-cloud-examples](https://github.com/blitzworks-io/blitz-cloud-examples). Every image in it was built for amd64 and tested as user 1000 with all Linux capabilities dropped, which is how blitz.cloud runs apps.

A word on scope before you pick one. For your own code the quickest route is usually GitHub: connect your GitHub account, pick a repository, private ones included, and every push to the branch goes online. A public repository also builds from a pasted link. See [deploy a GitHub project](https://blitz.cloud/docs/deploy-from-github/). The guides below show the Docker image route, which works with any public registry and lets you test the image on your own machine before it goes online.
