Is there free Docker hosting in the EU?
Yes: blitz.cloud runs a public Docker image for free in the EU, no credit card, up to {{plan:free:apps}} apps. What the free plan covers and its limits.
Yes. blitz.cloud has a free plan that runs a public Docker image online with no credit card and no time limit. You get 5 apps, 512 MB memory, and 10 GB storage, with one managed database and automatic HTTPS. Sign up, search Docker Hub for an image, pick a version and a name, and it goes online under an HTTPS address like myapp.yourname.blitz.cloud.
What you get free
Your apps sleep after 2 hours without visitors and wake on the next visit. The free plan includes one database that is backed up every night. No credit card is needed to start, and there is no time limit. Most platforms have dropped their free Docker tiers in the last year, but blitz.cloud still has one.

The limits
The image has to be public and built for amd64 (not arm64). It needs an EXPOSE statement for the port it listens on. Free-plan apps have no file backups; only the database is backed up every night. An app at rest uses about 128 MB of memory. You cannot connect from outside to your database with a client tool like psql.
More details are in Limits.
