blitz.cloud is free during the beta: 15 apps, 2 GB memory, 10 GB storage and a managed database at 0 EUR, no credit card. Pro is planned at 5 EUR per month.
blitz.cloud costs nothing today. Every account is on the free plan: up to 15 apps, 2 GB of reserved memory, 10 GB of storage and one managed database, with no credit card and no time limit. A Pro plan at 5 EUR per month is planned but can't be bought yet.

What the free plan is for
It's meant for a personal set of apps you actually use every day: a password manager, a blog, an uptime monitor, a small API with its database. Apps keep running when nobody is visiting, so the first request of the morning isn't slow.
What's not included in either plan yet
These are planned but not live, on any plan: building from GitHub, custom domains, automatic app updates, private apps and backups of app files. The order they're shipping in is on what's live.
Pro
Pro is for when one address is doing serious work. It will raise the limits in the table above. Until it can be bought, there's nothing to upgrade to, and nobody gets charged for anything.
We'll announce Pro on this page and in the changelog when it opens. Price and contents may still change before then.
Questions about pricing
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. There's no trial period, no credit card on file and no usage bill. When you hit a limit, the action that would exceed it is refused with a sentence explaining which limit. Nothing is charged and nothing already running is stopped.
Will I be moved to a paid plan automatically?
No. A paid plan will only ever start when you choose it.
Do you charge for bandwidth?
No. There's no bandwidth meter and no traffic bill.
Is there a discount for students or open-source projects?
There's no paid plan yet, so there's nothing to discount. Everything is free during the beta.
