The one address is for everything: a question before you sign up, an app that won't start, a bill that looks wrong, a request about your data.

What helps us answer

• the email address of your blitz.cloud account, if you have one
• the address of the app it is about, for example notes.sam.blitz.cloud
• what you did, what you expected and what happened instead

Before you write

Some things go faster without us:

• If something looks down, status.blitz.cloud shows whether the platform has a problem right now.
• The FAQ and the docs answer most questions about plans, sleeping apps, domains and databases.
• To end a paid plan, use Cancel your contract. You don't need to write to us for that.
• You can download your data and delete your account yourself in the dashboard, under Settings.

Reporting content in an app

If an app hosted on blitz.cloud shows something you think is illegal, write to the same address. The imprint lists what we need to look into it.
