Right of withdrawal for blitz.cloud Pro

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers who buy the Pro plan. The free plan costs nothing; you can end it any time by deleting your account. This is a translation of the German withdrawal notice, which follows the statutory model. If the two differ, the German version applies.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BlitzWorks UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Graßer Weg 73, 93053 Regensburg, Germany, email: hallo@blitzworks.io) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any extra costs from choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

If you asked for the services to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount in proportion to the services already provided up to the time you inform us that you are withdrawing from this contract, compared with the full scope of the services in the contract.

Starting Pro straight away

Pro starts right after you pay, which is inside the withdrawal period. That is why you confirm before paying that you want Pro to start straight away. If you withdraw, we refund the amount minus the share for the days you already had Pro.

If you only want Pro not to renew, cancelling is the simpler way: Pro then runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
