Uptime Kuma pricing in 2026

What paid uptime monitors like UptimeRobot cost in 2026, what self-hosting Uptime Kuma yourself costs, and what it costs free or always-on on blitz.cloud.

Updated

Uptime Kuma itself is free, open-source monitoring software; there's no official "Uptime Kuma Cloud". The services people compare it to are paid uptime monitors that check your sites for you without you hosting anything, like UptimeRobot. On blitz.cloud you can run Uptime Kuma itself free, with the usual free-plan limits, or keep it awake on Pro so it never stops checking.

UptimeRobot's paid plans

Checked on uptimerobot.com/pricing, 2026-10-18:

UptimeRobot also has a free plan with a 5-minute check interval, and an Enterprise plan with custom pricing and faster intervals.

Self-hosting Uptime Kuma yourself

Uptime Kuma's source is public under the MIT licence, free for any use including commercial. What it costs instead: a server you pick and pay for whether you use it or not, installing Docker, setting up HTTPS yourself, and keeping backups and updates current.

Running your own Uptime Kuma on blitz.cloud

You can run Uptime Kuma on blitz.cloud free of charge. The App Store installs it with its own HTTPS address and 1 GB of storage for monitoring data; it needs no database. On the free plan it sleeps after 30 minutes without a visit, and while it sleeps it stops checking your sites (see self-host Uptime Kuma for the detail).

On Pro, 7 EUR a month, you can keep it awake so checks run around the clock.

It runs in the small resource size, 128 MB of memory reserved with room to grow to 512 MB. We don't have a timed install figure for Uptime Kuma yet; it has no database to wait on, which is why it runs in the lightest size the store offers.

Is it free / does it run 24/7 / do I need a card

Is Uptime Kuma free? The software is free either way. UptimeRobot's cheapest paid plan is 10 EUR a month, 9 EUR billed annually; it also has a free plan with a 5-minute check interval. Running Uptime Kuma yourself on blitz.cloud's free plan costs nothing.

Does it run 24/7? UptimeRobot does. On blitz.cloud's free plan Uptime Kuma sleeps when nobody visits and stops checking; on Pro it stays awake and checks keep running.

Do I need a card? UptimeRobot's free plan needs no card, and neither does blitz.cloud's free plan.

Keep your app awake.

On Pro an app answers at any hour, so schedules run on time and webhooks arrive straight away. 7 EUR a month for all your apps. Try it free for 14 days: starting doesn't need payment details, and if you don't add them before it ends, nothing is charged.
